Eduardo Mouriz

Eduardo Mouriz is Of Counsel of the M&A and Commercial Area at ROMA BOHORQUES. He has more than 15 years of experience in prominent law firms, such as Cuatrecasas and EY, advising business groups and large estates on corporate and commercial law.

Throughout his career, he has acted in numerous national and international M&A transactions of all types (buy-side, sell-side, MBO, LBO, stock deal, asset deal or real estate), particularly those carried out by private equity firms. He has also advised on joint venture transactions, distressed M&A and carve-outs.

In the commercial law field, he specialises in complex supply contracts and EPCs. In the area of corporate law, in addition to acting as company secretary, he has advised on corporate disputes, drawing up family protocols and shareholders' agreements.

He holds a Bachelor's in Law from the University of Zaragoza and completed his training with a Master's in Business Law from the University of Navarra.

He has lectured on the Master's in Tax Consultancy at the University of Deusto.
