Pablo Romá

Pablo Romá is the Managing Partner of ROMA BOHORQUES TAX & LEGAL. Specializing in tax advice to companies and high net worth clients, he has extensive experience in M&A transactions, corporate group restructurings, cross-border transactions, and tax planning.

He began his career as a Tax Inspector for the Generalitat Valenciana. He is a lecturer at the Instituto de Empresa (IE), the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (FEBF), and other business schools and is a regular speaker and lecturer on taxation in various forums. He also contributes to specialized media publications.

He holds a Bachelor's in Law from the University of Valencia (1998) and is a member of the Valencia Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Spanish Association of Financial Law (AEDF), and the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF).

Shortlisted by Chambers Europe in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, he ranks among the top 50 tax practitioners in Spain.
