Juan Antonio Oliveros

Juan Antonio Oliveros is a partner in the Tax area of ROMA BOHORQUES TAX & LEGAL. He has extensive professional experience spanning over 15 years in leading Spanish law firms including GARRIGUES and CUATRECASAS.

In the course of his career, he has advised the main business groups in the Valencian region, focusing his experience on tax advice for family businesses and generational succession. Familiar with asset and real estate financing transactions -Sales&Lease Back, SPV, Leasing-, as well as corporate refinancing operations, especially in the real estate sector, his experience also encompasses the taxation of senior executives and corporate board members, having also designed and implemented various flexible remuneration plans for employees.

He has assisted companies in their cross-border expansion processes, defining and implementing internal procedures to ensure an optimal management of their taxation, and that of their relocated employees.

Oliveros holds a Bachelor's in Law from the University of Valencia and a Master's in Tax Law from the Escuela de Hacienda Pública. He was a collaborating lecturer on the Master's in Corporate Legal Consultancy taught by the FEBF, and on various CEF Tax Refresher Courses, regularly contributing as a speaker at different conferences, breakfasts and talks organised by the ICAV, COEV, IVEFA, etc.
